How do I personalise my cushion?+
Simply add your personalisation details in the box on the product page before adding to your basket — name, date, message, whatever you'd like.
How long does it take?+
Personalised cushions take 3–5 working days to make, then 1–2 days for delivery. Allow at least a week if you need it for a specific occasion.
Can I choose the book cover design?+
Yes! Each product listing shows the available designs. If you have a specific book in mind, get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What size are the cushions?+
Our cushions are approximately 40cm × 40cm, making them a great sofa or reading nook size.
Can I return a personalised cushion?+
Because each cushion is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns on personalised items unless there's a fault. Please double-check all spellings before ordering.
