Made to order — please allow 3–5 working days for production, plus delivery time. We'll always email you when your order is dispatched.

UK Standard Delivery

2–3 working days after dispatch. FREE on orders over £50. £3.99 on orders under £50.

UK Express Delivery

Next working day after dispatch. Available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide! Costs and estimated times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Allow extra time for customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Non-personalised items

You can return non-personalised items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning anything so we can arrange the process smoothly.

Personalised items

Because personalised items are made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returnsunless the item is faulty or doesn't match your order. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
