Are your handmade book cushions handmade?
Yes — every item is made by hand in our small workshop in Wiltshire, not mass-produced. Most are embroidered or stitched to order.
Can I personalise handmade book cushions?
Most of our pieces can be personalised with a name, date or short message. Each product page shows exactly what can be added, and for personalised items we confirm the details before we make them.
How long do handmade book cushions take to arrive?
Because everything is made to order, personalised items need a little lead time — see our delivery page for current timings, and order early around Christmas and Mother's Day.
Can I return a personalised item?
Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days. Personalised items are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless faulty — please double-check spelling and dates when you order.
