Delivery & Returns 

Where we deliver
We deliver nationwide throughout the U.K. using Royal Mail or courier. All large deliveries that cannot be put through your letterbox must be signed for. Please ensure you keep the receipt and/or invoice enclosed with your goods as you may need it for future reference.

Delivery charges, timescales & returns

All our products offer free p&p within the U.K. We are currently looking at options to be able to fullfill orders outside of the U.K

Standard deliveries, up to 21 working days

Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 10 working days of confirmation of your order being posted, this time may increase during busy periods, we will do our best to notify you first. Due to the nature of all of our products being handmade and personalised often made to order please ensure you are aware of the time required to fulfill your order along with delivery time frames for it to get to you. If your order is being purchased as a gift and is required by a specific date please contact us if you have any queries. Standard postal and courier deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. All courier and recorded postal deliveries must be signed for.



We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified. Occasionally, however delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of any unexpected delay. Occasionally a delivery is returned to us as uncollected or undeliverable, in these situations we will do our best to contact you to arrange a re-delivery for which a charge will be made. . 

Damaged,  incorrect and or missing orders
We do our very best to make sure that you receive your order(s) in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your goods, please check that they are not being delivered by a different postal or courier carrier. If your order is not en route to you or in the unlikely event that the goods arrives damaged or faulty, please email our Customer Care department using this link or at any time by mailing or telephone 01225 584949 with details of  your order.


We cannot accept returns of personalised goods unless faulty or have a spelling error that we have made. In these circumstances we will accept a return with the option of a full refund or a correct item being made and sent out to you. Please always re read your order and check spellings before checking out. Non personalised items are fully refundable excluding shipping costs, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship them back to us within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
